Morning Practice Group
Tuesday mornings 6:15am (AEST)
Focused on traditional and contemporary breath work and seasonal practices to awaken, energise, focus and ground the mind and body.
The perfect start to a focused, calm, and productive day.

Evening Practice Group
Thursday evenings 8:30pm (AEST)
Focused on traditional and modern breathwork techniques and yoga nidra to calm and soothe the body and mind.
Assists in lowering inflammation and anxiety, quieting the mind and priming you for a good night’s rest.

These classes are held as separate 4-week blocks.
