Ayurveda is one of the oldest living systems of holistic health. The word means ‘Knowledge or Science of Life’. Ayurveda acknowledges that each person is a unique individual, requiring a tailored approach to help them towards radiant health and wellbeing.
Ayurveda utilises safe, natural, and holistic tools such as diet, herbs, pranayama and other yoga techniques and practices to create balance within the individual and bring them to a place of, ‘sukha’, (good space), mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Dominique has been a student and practitioner of Ayurveda for 2 decades and has had the honour and privilege to study in Karnataka India under the masterful guidance of Dr. Shantala Priyadarshini and Dr. Remitha K.K. Her travels and studies overseas also enabled her to meet and study under the venerable Sri. O.P. Tiwari at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Lonavala, India. She continues her studies and regularly participates in ongoing tutelage under the incredible Dr Robert Svoboda.

Dominique offers 1:1 Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations both remotely via Zoom and in person.
She uses a combination of diet and lifestyle practices as well as counselling, pranayama, and yoga to work with her clients’ specific requirements and concerns, empowering those she works with to heal themselves from the inside out.
