ASHTANGA ELEMENTS OF PRIMARY & SECONDARY SERIES

Wednesday’s 6 – 7:30am (A.E.S.T.)

4 Week Blocks (beginning first Wednesday of every month).

Elements of the traditional Ashtanga Primary & Second Series.

The foundation of all modern forms of “Flow Yoga”, this is the “O.G.” Vinyasa yoga! A.K.A. “Yoga Cikitsa”, (yoga therapy), it’s your weekly dose of “yoga medicine”.

Expect: A challenging, yet accessible 90 min practice to create strength, flexibility and endurance.

SLOW FLOW & RESET

Thursday’s 7:30pm – 8:15 pm (A.E.S.T.)

4 Week Blocks (beginning first Thursday of every month).

A juicy and restorative 45 minute Slow Flow class.

Expect: Breath based movement integrating somatics and exploration of the myofascial gridlines to replenish, restore and revivify.
